tantra is a way of living, that can add greater joy and awakening to any moment … exist in the now, and embrace the sensual experience of being alive … realize that you are in a body, moving through time and space … and that the perpetual harmony and discord, of tension and release, is all part of the dance … the dance of duality to oneness … from parts to whole …

What exactly is sexual healing? Authentic sexual healing is a “je ne sais quoi” that eludes so many people. As our Culture begins to holistically heal its attitudes towards sex, we will also heal more of our own individual expression. With a partner or a professional, tantra is a holistic practice that can bring our sexuality to new levels.
Pleasure is not hedonism. Pleasure is actually the healthy, good feeling you receive by living well. It brings health, wholistic balance, feeling good is natural, know how to find health, tuning into real pleasure … it’s the natural pleasures of life, that we cultivate in tantra, as a path to our true self.
Eye gazing is one of the most commonly taught and practiced tantric exercises. And what students often ask after several eye gazing experiences is … “what’s next?”
Here I share a real experience from my work with a student… There are several key components to tantra and one is love… Once you have these keys, then life becomes a dance of increasing wonder, pleasure and joy.
Tantra is the practice of feeling everything more deeply. To find greater connection, to experience full body joy, to surrender to absolute pleasure, first one has to get out of one’s own way. Women crave this kind of intimacy, to really be seen, and in truth it will make you feel more deeply, starting point to greater ecstasy.
Uniting of two into one. As humans, we often think of lovemaking as the ultimate in union. What are we uniting with, and what are we reflecting? How deep can we go with others, and how can we have choice in this process…? Union, with other and with all.
See the Two… Realize the One
Tantra is a spiritual attitude that holds the key to bliss. It is a conscious journey to enlightenment, elevating our perception of opposites into unity. Sensual pleasure becomes a tool for realizing oneness, and for mastering joy. Studying tantra brings one closer and closer to awareness of the subtle energetics of life, how they move and flow, and how to feel empowered and surf with them.
“See the two… Realize the one!” Tantra literally means “to weave.” Weaving brings two separate elements of thread into one whole cloth. We practice within the harmonious balance, dynamic tensions, sensual delights, or dancing pleasures of opposites. Reflecting in the compliment of “us” and “them”, the beloved becomes the Self, and the beauty we see in the other is our own. Tantra is an ancient path to divinity sprinkled with healing and joy.
In the modern world, there is a growing interest in Tantra. Dispersed through many age-old traditions, “tantric” is widely and loosely interpreted. Its roots are intertwined with Yoga. Western Tantra, also called Neo-Tantra, has emerged as highly eroticized; this is an appropriate response in a spiritually starved, and sexually repressed culture.
My approach to teaching, through Ocean-Tantra-Yoga, is attunement. We are opening expanded consciousness thorough our natural connection to happiness, pleasure and ease. From there, we remove impurities, falsehood and energy blockages, while joy rises, naturally, abundantly, in waves of ecstasy.
When we realize that ecstasy is an inherent part of being human, that ecstatic consciousness is programmed in the hardware of our DNA, like Christ and the Buddha, when you fully accept and embrace this within yourself, you have reached the temple gate … come inside and dwell in bliss.
